Commenced business as a Crewing Management and Chartering/Brokerage company.
2018
Commenced partnership with CH Offshore, Singapore with the charter of AHTS Peridot (150T BP) for long term charter.
Incorporation of Schiste Marine Service LLC in Dubai.
2020
Delivery of two additional 150T BP AHTS (MV Langery & MV Aquamarine) from CH Offshore to Nigeria from Singapore.
Bareboat Charter of the AHTS Miclyn Venture from Miclyn Energy Offshore (MEO), UAE.
Incorporation of Schiste Integrated Offshore Solutions (SIOS) as a Ship Management and Offshore Solutions Company (Sister company to Schiste Oil and Gas Ltd.
ISO 9001/2015 certificate awarded to SOGL by Bureau Veritas.

Commenced relationship with Wintermar Offshore Pte, Singapore in July by chartering and managing the AHTS Winposh Regent – 120T BP AHTS.
